The service doesn't stop when the contract ends

Upon completion of acceptance and full payment, all economic rights in the copyright vest in your company — including the right to create derivative works — and we will not exercise moral rights in the deliverables. This is stated in the contract.

Shared components used across multiple projects, such as CoUI, are excluded from the transfer. Instead, you receive a copy of their source code together with the right to use and modify them without limits on term, quantity, or territory. Business logic, data structures, and brand elements unique to your company all belong to your company.

Yes. Our standard is to deliver the project in a state where it can be built and deployed even without access to our accounts. We hand over the data structure and deployment procedures as documents, and for projects that use CoUI, we also deliver a copy of the source for the version used.

The contract includes a handover rehearsal at an agreed point after the first release: your staff, or a third party you designate that has signed a non-disclosure agreement, reproduces the build and deployment in a new environment without our help.

After launch, you can continue with an annual operations and maintenance contract. It includes a point of contact and updates on a set schedule; the schedule is agreed together when the contract is made.

If another team takes over, we fix the documents and scripts for anything that could not be reproduced in the handover rehearsal and check it once more. If you decide who will take over before the contract, we prepare the handover accordingly.

By default, we use test data for development. If access to production data is unavoidable, we get your written approval in advance for the scope, the period, and the people handling it, and we keep access to the minimum.

Before the project starts, we agree with you in writing on which data must not go into AI tools. Without such an agreement, four kinds of data are treated as excluded: customer personal information, production data, undisclosed business information, and production credentials.
