FAQ
If we contact you now, when can you start?
Once you send an inquiry, the person in charge contacts you and first checks your current situation. We then spend one week putting together the screen list, followed by the quote and contract, and we set the start date at the same time.
Can you continue developing an existing service?
Yes. We also take over existing services, either to continue them or to rebuild them. In the consultation, we first check where your service stands; then, in the scoping step, we put the parts to build into a screen list and give you a quote.
What happens if the scope changes mid-project?
Projects whose scope may change run on a time-based contract in one-week sprints. Each week we try the interim version together and decide what to build in the next sprint.
Can you develop on-site at our office?
We work remotely. Projects that require on-site development or work on a separate network do not fit how we work, and we tell you so plainly in the consultation. You can follow progress directly through regular meetings and the interim version we share every week.
We quote once the scope is clear
Tell us the number of screens, the platforms, and the services to integrate, and we'll start by explaining how the cost is structured. We get back to you within two business days.
