Cocode IDE Service Terms

The Korean original prevails unless applicable law requires otherwise.
1. Service and agreement
Cocode Inc. provides app creation, editing and preview services through Cocode IDE. Subscribe using your own account. Paid access starts after agreement to the offer and approval of the first payment.
2. Price and scope
The free trial lasts 14 days with 1 app and 30 AI edits. Pro costs KRW 29,000 per account per month, VAT included, for app creation, editing and preview access. Optional extra AI credits and auto-recharge can be enabled after the offer is published, with amounts and usage prices disclosed before purchase. Credits expire at the end of the purchase month in Korea without rollover; refund rights for unused amounts remain. Annual billing is not offered. No particular external AI model allowance or completed result is guaranteed.
3. Recurring billing
Monthly payments use a Korean-issued credit/debit card registered with Toss Payments. The first charge follows registration, without adding remaining free trial days, or starts when existing paid access ends. Renewals use the same day each month or the last day of shorter months. Price changes require advance notice and consent.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel renewal in the app or on the checkout page while retaining paid access until the period ends. Request immediate termination and refunds at dev@cocode.im. The refund policy covers full refunds within 7 days if unused and prorated refunds for unused time, without limiting statutory rights.
5. Accounts and output
Keep your account secure and do not use the service unlawfully or infringe others’ rights. Ensure you have permission for inputs and review AI output before use. Cocode does not claim rights to your materials beyond what is needed to provide the service.
6. Availability and contact
Maintenance or incidents may interrupt service. Cocode will provide notices and work to restore access. You may request service time compensation or refunds for paid access unavailable due to Cocode.
