Flutter app development
Cocode builds Flutter apps for iOS, Android, web, Windows and macOS. We define shared and platform-specific features, then plan the server, admin tools, release and handover together.
What is Flutter?
Flutter is an open-source framework for building interfaces across platforms with Dart. Business rules and interface code can be shared while layouts and input adapt to each device.
Where does it fit?
Consider Flutter for membership, booking, commerce, content and internal tools used across devices. Payments, cameras, notifications and file access require platform-specific capability and permission checks.
Public marketing and documentation pages can use static HTML for discovery, separately from authenticated app screens. The web architecture is chosen for the task.
Scope and deliverables
The scope records planning, screens, design, app and server work, admin permissions, integrations, device checks and release. Repositories and operating accounts start in the client’s name; source, data structure, deployment and operating instructions are handed over.
What determines price and timing?
Workflow states matter as much as screen count. We estimate after identifying roles, payments and refunds, integrations, offline behavior, target platforms and acceptance checks. Store review and third-party approvals are tracked separately from development.

Frequently asked questions
Can you build iOS and Android together?
Yes. Shared rules and interfaces are combined with separate implementation and checks for permissions, payments, notifications and store submission.
Can the same code support Windows and web?
Reusable parts can be shared. Window sizes, keyboard and pointer input, file access and deployment differ, so target devices and capabilities are agreed first.
Are server and admin tools included?
We can deliver both. Authentication, authorization, data, admin features and integrations are itemized in the contract.
Can you take over an existing Flutter app?
We review the source and build and deployment status, then distinguish ongoing development from repairs needed first.
Can another team maintain the app?
Client-owned repositories and accounts, source, data structure and deployment instructions are handed over and checked in a handover rehearsal.
